Life is not always as entertaining as we would like it to be, and boredom can be extremely hard to overcome. But, What should you do when you have nothing to do. Although boredom is annoying sometimes boredom has benefits for your mental health, like improving creativity, curiosity, and self-control.
Some things that other people do is go on eBay, play soccer, go on random apps, and watch TikTok. These are what my classmates do. A few other things to do is watch a movie, read a book, make a story, and maybe even school work!
But some things that Google says are to read, journal, bake cookies, and exercise. But what I do is hang out with my friends or walk my dog and sometimes go make a snowman or angel.
But in summer when it’s super hot I go to a pool or hang out with my neighbors. In spring I would probably go for a bike ride or sit outside and read. In the fall I would jump in the leaves watch TV or go to Target.
