The increasingly popular TV series “Vampire Diaries” is based on 2 vampire brothers, Stefan and Damon Salvatore, also known as Ian Somerhalder as Damon and Paul Wesley as Stefan, who move to a small town known as Mystic Falls. And they both fall in love with a girl (Elena Gilbert) also known as Nina Dobrev.

Elena Gilbert is a girl who looks like their past  lover from 140 years ago, and eventually the town is crawling with vampires and the police can’t stop it.

This show is rated pg 13 but is still amazing for kids maybe 11 and older but its definitely not a kids show. So if you’re okay and like Twilight this would be good for you, but there definitely are lots of gory parts that show, scabs, bleeding, stabbing, death and more.

You can now find this on HBO MAX now known as MAX, Peacock, Apple TV, and more. A few years ago though, Netflix took the show off because it was on there for a while. But, that did cause lots of people to get mad at Netflix because people enjoyed the show so much.

So, if you’re in a show flunk and don’t know what to watch and enjoy gory romance this is a perfect show for you.
