How Prime Energy Affects kids

Jake Paul and KSI (the owners of prime) add too much caffeine to small energy drinks. Kids are in danger from this because a lot of kids drink it and like it as a go to  drink.

Prime energy can cause nausea, shakiness, anxiety, and heart palpitations(heart attacks) from just a few bottles a day in a 12 ounce can! Also with caffeine it can cause increased breathing and heart rate, and increased mental alertness and physical energy. According to Business insider (Link )  a child had a cardiac episode from drinking too much prime energy. The child had to have their stomach pumped, the parents said.

Also prime can cut into your school work because too much caffeine can make your brain not able to function as it’s supposed to. Sometimes these conditions can last over 12 hours for the symptoms to stop.

Even with these side effects, a lot of middle schoolers are still drinking Prime today as an energy drink just for the taste.  It is important to not drink too much caffeine, so make smart decisions of what you drink in the morning.

***Did you know that prime energy has made over 1.2 billion dollars in annual sales.
