The top three sports are the most played sports so this is a list of the top 5 hardest sports. These are probably the hardest sports in the world. Some of these are sports you also might not know about.

  1. Boxing

Boxing is the hardest sport in the world right now because of injuries and lots of concentration.It also has an impact on physical exhaustion. People say it’s the willingness to confront your fears of hurting people or you getting hurt. 

    2. Football

Football is considered one of the hardest sports because it requires high endurance levels and players must be very skilled. Another reason is football requires a lot of your energy and most people get tired very easily from running. In football you almost never get a break and you need to be prepared for that.

  3. Martial Arts

Martial Arts takes a lot of time and practice to get your strength to the level it needs to be at. The martial arts require a lot of energy and long-term dedication. Martial Arts have physical limitations, very good injury chances, basic fitness, and lots of strength. 

  4. Ice Hockey

Ice Hockey is where you need to handle the hockey stick very carefully otherwise you will hurt yourself or someone around you. Hockey also requires speed, and balance along with agility. Hockey players also need more training than football players. Ice hockey is far more physical than football too. 

   5. Gymnastics

Gymnasts require balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance. As a gymnast you also need lots of courage and bravery to do all those tricks. Gymnasts also need lots of strength and they can’t be afraid to do something they think they can’t do.
