Have some of your favorite movies ended with cliffhangers? Maybe some of the movies you’ve missed are coming back. These are 6 new movies. A few are even part 2’s!

1. Dune Part 2; Paul Atreides unites with the freemen to get revenge on those who destroyed his family and win over Arrakis for its rare and rich spice. The spice is full of power, and grants those who collect it access to genetic memory, and heightens other abilities.  But this revenge will lead to war, and an unknown future for everyone.

1. Despicable Me 4; Gru and Lucy are back in the AVL!! And now Dru (Gru’s twin brother) will be in charge of the minions. Who will turn on who? Is Gru (*gasp) going to be his own villain?!? 

1. As the holidays near, Queen Poppy plans the first annual Trolls Kingdom Secret Holiday Gift Swap!! Things start to take an unexpected turn when she and Branch (another troll character if you remember the last 2 movies.) draw each other’s name. This movie will come out on November 17th 2023

1. Avatar, The Way of the Water; The characters, Jake Sully and Ney’tiri, have decided to form a family and are doing everything in their power to stay together. However, they must leave their home and explore the regions of Pandora. When an ancient threat resurfaces, Jake must fight a challenging war against the humans.

1. The Little Mermaid; The original animated princess movie, which was  made in November, 1989 is now back with a twist! Halle Bailey, who is playing the role of Ariel, is inspiring everyone throughout the globe. 

1. The Marvels is a superhero movie based on the Marvel comics, Captain Marvel. Marvels can feature Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel and Kamala Khan as Ms. Marvel. This movie will be open to the public on June 28th 2023.
