Alternatives for sugar-high breakfast cereals can be challenging to find. Cereals like Fruity Pebbles have 9 grams of sugar and 23 grams of carbohydrates in one serving. The average number of grams of sugar that a child should have is around 20 grams of sugar. This means that Fruity Pebbles have a little less than half of the daily grams of sugar a child should have in a day. Other cereals like Fruit Loops have 12 grams of sugar and 34 grams of carbohydrates in one serving. This is more than half of the daily sugar kids should have in a day. Instead of sugary cereal, you can make Almond Flour eggs that you can make in 5 minutes or less.

These eggs you can make with zero sugar put in the microwave to cook, and you can make in less than five minutes. If you can find Almond flour and eggs this recipe will be a good morning meal.
