Usually we already know that apples and pears are both similarly nutritious but one is better here’s why. Apples are fruits and they are known all around the world plus it’s nutrition data is that for One serving or apples it provides up to 95 calories, 0 gram fats, 1 gram ,protein 25 grams carbohydrate, 19 grams sugar. That’s perfect! According to The Nutrition Source HARVARD A pear is 101 calories for one serving 1 gram protein 27 grams carbs, Vitamin C: 12%… That’s not better than apples, by now you would guess apples are better than pears but pears contain more iron,calcium,magnesium, and zinc. Pears have more B3 and K. Both have the same levels of Vitamins C and B2. For the backup when looking at Benefits and nutrition – Medical News Today it says “Pears are not better than apples. They have similar health benefits, though we know much more about how apples impact health than pears. In fact, research into the health benefits of pears is ongoing. Both apples and pears contain pectin, a fiber that nourishes gut bacteria.”  Which is better for you? I would say apples are better but i will always love pears taste and crunch.
