Why is junk food so unhealthy?

A lot of people ask this question, not knowing why some people are so dramatic over junk food. For example, if hamburgers have tomatoes, lettuce, and onions, then why are they so unhealthy?

Eating too much junk food can cause memory loss and learning problems, including the increased risk of dementia. Dementia is a general term for loss of memory, language, problem-solving, and other thinking abilities that are important enough to negatively impact people’s daily life.

It also makes you lose appetite, something that is very hard to control. Losing your appetite for other healthy foods and makes you more addicted to junk food. Losing your appetite is really hard to control and it isn’t easy to find back your old appetite, which will cause you to keep eating junk food that you cause your body harm.

It also has chemical changes to cause depression. It is proven by science that eating too much junk food can lead to depression. These people who get depressed by junk food often cope with their depression by eating, more and more junk food that just makes your mental and physical health worse.

Eating junk food once in a while won’t do much harm, but be careful not to eat too much because it has negative effects.
