Chocolate Babka is a dessert that is made for the holidays but could be eaten at any time of the year. Chocolate Babka is a Jewish Dessert that is eaten to celebrate the holidays. This dessert is a sweet bread with chocolate swirled on the inside so you get chocolate on every bite. The bread is swirled in with chocolate so you get a mixture of chocolate and bread. There is also a chocolate crumble on the top for extra chocolate.

 

This bread is yeasted, so if you are at altitude, you are going to proof your bread for less time. Your bread will also rise in the oven so make sure you watch the bread carefully and don’t open the oven door too much, so you don’t let the warm air out. This bread will rise normally at sea level or anywhere close to it so if you are at sea level just make it normally because bread recipes are made for sea level.
