Chelsea FC year-long coach and legendary played Frank Lampard has been fired and set to be replaced by German coach Thomas Tuchel. Chelsea is currently 9th in the English Premier League despite spending almost $265,000,000 this past summer on new talent for the squad. Chelsea fans and heads were expecting. much better performance from Lampard and his squad considering the massive amounts of money spent on players. The tough thing about Lampard being fired from his position as head coach is that Lampard is one of Chelsea’s all-time best players winning the EPL multiple times along with two Uefa Champions League titles. Lampard also made 429 appearances for Chelsea FC in his time at the club even coming through their academy and being one of their first highly successful graduate of the Chelsea Academy. Lampard’s replacement is the successful head coach Thomas Tuchel who has coached German side Borussia Dortmund and very successful French side Paris Saint Germain. Both Chelsea and it’s fans are hoping for a quick turnaround with new coach Tuchel.
