ChoLon Restaurant

ChoLon is a pretty popular modern Asian restaurant. There is two ChoLon’s located in Denver, one downtown and the other in Central Park. You can usually sit inside the restaurant as well as watch them make some food when you enter. But because we are in Covid times, you can order for takeout, you can order it warm for you, or order some of the things cold and warm it up in your own home. They are open between 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm and they have been doing business since 2010, while the original is in downtown Denver.

Some of the most popular items include their, Soup Dumplings, Pork Belly Buns, and Pork Potstickers. The soup dumplings are made up of dough, soup, gruyere, and sweet onion. In my opinion Soup Dumpling are my favorite thing that they have at their restaurant. The pork belly buns are made up of, pork buns, sesame-honey glaze, and pickles. To serve these on your own you cut open the bun, put in the meat, and glaze and enjoy. And the pork potstickers are made up of, pork, onions, and dough as well as some other veggies in the mix. I really like these, I think the things that they put in them taste great together.

Some other things they serve include the Tofu Bao Buns, Wagyu Beef Skewers, Thai Fried Rice, and so much more. This restaurant is perfect for people who like to try new things because this restaurant has a variety of things that are different from any other restaurant. I recommend this restaurant more when you can go sit inside and eat becuase it feels to me like such a welcoming place and I think it’s so fun to see them make some of the food when you walk in and wait for your table. But of course, I still recommend this for takeout because every time me and my family have had it from takeout it was all delicious and there was never something missing or wrong with our order.
