Fruits V.S Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are healthier for you but there are differences and comparisons about them.So here are some facts about both of them. Fruit has approximately 150g of sugars in fruit but even though there’s a medium/high amount of sugar it is healthy for you because it’s naturally low on fat, calories, and sodium. The vitamins in fruit are vitamin A,C,and E.There are a total of 2000 fruits in the world. Fruits are very popular and they all get different rates. There certain fruits people eat based on their religion or if they don’t care about what fruits they eat. Some people don’t usually realize that a certain looking fruit is a fruit. However when it comes to vegetables, they mostly hold water. There are 1,097 total veggies and a fun fact is that most people think they’re eating a vegetable but it’s actually a fruit such as tomatoes or avocado. There are different types of calories in each fruit but there is an estimate that there are at least 59 calories in each vegetable. With this information I would say that vegetables are slightly healthier than fruit but you should stay eating both!
