Fruit Popsicles

Fruit+Popsicles

Today I will be making fruit Popsicle. This is a good treat for when it’s hot outside and you need something fruity and refreshing, and they are super simple. The ingredients I will be using for this recipe are sweetened and flavored greek yogurt (I used vanilla greek yogurt), and fruit (you can use whatever you want, but I used strawberries, kiwis, and blueberries). You will also need a Popsicle stick and mold for this recipe. I got all my tools and ingredients, and I was ready to bake (or I guess make). The first thing I did was mix together the yogurt and strawberries in a bowl. Then, I filled my Popsicle mold almost to the top, with a bit of space left. After that, I put the Popsicle stick in the molds (I put them in the middle of the Popsicle). Finally, I put the Popsicle in my freezer and let them sit overnight. The next morning, I checked my Popsicle, and they were done! They were so delicious and they tasted very fresh! The ingredients are super simple and accessible. This didn’t take much time to make, and it is a perfect recipe for if you don’t have much time to make treats. I would rate these Popsicle a 7 out of 10 just because they didn’t have much flavor. But I would definitely recommend trying to make these.
