The base is an Italian cassata flavored with Baileys Irish Cream and served with a mango and pomegranate compote and a Champagne sabayon sauce adorned with gold leaf.

2. Louis XIII Pizza

This dish is around $12,000 and is located in Salerno, Italy. It is made of Mozarella di bufala, lobster, and caviar. The dough is made with certified organic flour AIAB (Italian Association for Organic Agriculture), natural yeast, and paper-thin flakes of pink salt from Australia’s Murray River.
