Beans and Rice

There are some foods out there but a really good one is beans and Spanish rice, and it’s  Mexican food. If you don’t want to make it then you can go to Las Delicias. I recommended this because your kids will love it or your family. My family loves it and not a lot of people like this but I really think you should try this because if it’s a perfect meal for a cold fall day, and it’s nutritious and has a low cost. There are also sides you can add like sour cream, tortillas, chill, or even some cheese. I really like this dish because it is like rice with beans. When you make a  burrito with the beans, rice, and sour cream it tastes like a bean burrito but yummier. 

How to Make Beans:

2 cups of beans

Place in water

Soak overnight in the water

Rinse beans and clean them

Place in a crockpot

Add in a quart of water

Add 3 cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt

Cook on low heat for 8 hours.

Then enjoy


How to Make Rice:

Get a pot

Add a tablespoon of oil

Add 2 cups of rice

Add 3 water

Add 1 cup chicken broth

Bring  to a boil

Cover with a lid

Reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes

Then enjoy
