There are so many great desserts fancy, casual, small, large, but what about Ice cream? Ice cream can be used in almost any dessert or it can be eaten alone. There is Ice cream in so many different flavors and you can add about anything to it. There are also so many ways that you can serve ice cream, in a bowl, in a cup, in a cone and so many more ways.

You can get Ice cream from so many different places like the store or a shop. You might want some ice cream that is homemade instead of one from the store. There is always a great place where you can get ice cream. Some places in Denver, Colorado would be, Little Man Ice Cream, The Constellation Ice Cream, Sweet Cow, and Nuggs Ice Cream. These places might include seasonal flavors, additional toppings, and ice cream treats.

When was modern ice cream invented? The ice cream was originally called “Cream Ice” and appeared regularly at the table of Charles l during the 17th century. France was introduced to similar frozen deserts by the Italian Catherine de Medici when she became the wife of Henry ll of France. This was made by putting ice, cream, and salt with flavoring and they would shake it until it made an Ice Cream like consistency. The ice cream was only available to the public in 1660.

What was the first Ice cream flavor? The first recorded Ice cream flavor seems to be Alexander the Great’s ice concoction mixed with honey and nectar. And it was made by putting ice, cream, and salt into a bad and then they would add the flavoring and shake it until it made an ice cream-like consistency. We now make it in a similar way mostly with machines but we have many different flavors now.

There are so many different flavors of ice cream. There are more than 1000 flavors to have ever existed! Some of the weirdest would be, horseflesh, corn on the cob, ghost pepper, pear, blue cheese, and lobster. The most popular flavors in the world are mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, chocolate, and strawberry. Next time you go somewhere to get ice cream you should try a flavor that you have never tried before and see what you think of it!
