Taco Tostada Casserole Recipe

There is a recipe for people who love tacos and casserole dishes, it is the Taco Tostada Casserole, this recipe satisfies cravings and is easy to make a recipe with short prep time. Making this casserole is quick, easy, and fairly cheap when buying items which is all the more reason to buy it.
- Ingredients for 8 servings
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Corn
- 2 packages taco seasoning
- 16 oz Mexican style shredded cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
- Tortilla round corn chips
Step 1
Salt the beef and brown it.
Step 2
Saute one diced onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are soft and sweet.
Step 3
While browning the beef and waiting on the onions, open cans of corn and beans and thoroughly rinse and drain them.
Step 4
Once ground beef is browned, strain excessive grease from the beef and mix in the taco seasoning (follow package directions for water proportions), corn, pinto beans, and black beans.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 6
Add tortilla round corn chips in the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer in half the taco mixture, then half the cheese and repeat.
Step 7
Place the dish in the oven for 20 minutes or until all the cheese is melted through.
Step 8
Enjoy your delicious Taco Casserole! Just this will give 8 servings.
