The easiest pet to take care of is any type of bird, because they are very intelligent, easy to train, and social. Being intelligent makes birds easier to train than other animals. Since they are so smart, they’re interesting to watch and be around. Birds can be a boring pet but that’s why you have to teach them things to be fun. Also housing, feeding, and caring for a bird is less expensive than caring for a dog or cat. A bird is also good as a starting pet because it’s less expensive, easy to train and mostly social. 

If bird food starts to get expensive you can use cereal. Any dry breakfast cereal makes for useful bird food, although you need to be careful only to put out small amounts at a time. And make sure there’s a supply of drinking water nearby, since it quickly turns into pulp once wet. Uncooked porridge oats are also fine for a number of birds. You can also have homemade bird food. Fruit, Apples and berries are appetizing and nutritious. Many birds adore peanuts, but be sure to use only unsalted, unroasted varieties – salt can lead to dehydration.
