Homemade Noodles

Homemade Noodles

Lauren Bisping, Writer

Today you will learn how to make homemade noodles. When I made these noodles I just did strips and then boiled them like you would make pasta and they were great but one tip that I have for this recipe is to make sure you roll the noodles pretty thin if you are going to do the strips as I did. After I finished making them I gave them to my family with some pasta sauce and they liked them so if you try to make sure to stick to the recipe. These are not the best noodles I ever had but I think that is because I cooked them too long so they were chewy. Overall I think I would rate this recipe with 4 stars just not five because mine were chewy but again that is probably because I cooked them too long. My brother says, “They were good and the only thing that was bad about them was that they would not jiggle and move they were not noodly.”

The first step is to gather your ingredients. You should also make sure that you have them all.

1 cup of flour

1/2 teaspoon

2 large eggs

Mix them all together in a bowl. Put the dough onto a clean, flat surface and spray oil on your hands and a little on the dough, and shape a ball. Then wrap in plastic and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take them out of the fridge and roll out thinly onto a clean surface and use a pizza cutter to cut into your favorite shapes.
