The Yard Milkshake Bar is a Husband and Wife project made by Logan and Chelsea Green whose business went onto Shark Tank. They opened their first ice cream shop in 2011 named Island Ice Cream, and soon after they decided to open another on May 2017. They went on Shark Tank in 2019 and now have a total of 23 locations across the United States. They have a grand opening on Friday, May 12th in Denver at 1600 California St near Target in the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver Colorado. This couple’s business creates milkshakes with unique toppings such as Donuts, Cookies, Cakes, Cereal, and more. People have posted pictures and videos going viral with the different toppings on and in the milkshakes gaining more and more popularity. “With the success of its other locations across the country, The Yard is excited to bring its signature over-the-top milkshakes to the Mile High City,” said a statement from the company. They’re creating a new Rocky Mountain shake exclusively for the new Denver location which has around 1,812 calories. Other shakes on their menu include The Cereal Killer, Birthday Cake, Cookie Monster, Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss, Milk N’ Cookies, and more.
