A Rare Species

A Rare Species

Ali Thornburg, Author

“Trotting up and down the creek, a wolf, standing in the dense moonlight, searching for his next meal. I laid in the shadows, only focusing on the wolf in the distance. The wolf heard footsteps that I, too, had heard. I got up and turned towards the noise. I saw a figure, it looked like an arctic fox, but had black spots on them- like a husky… but in fox form.” This short paragraph that I wrote accurately explains what a Canadian Marble Fox looks like. A husky, but in fox form. I think that these are the most beautiful fox species that there is, and I wanted to share with you all how adorable these are.

Canadian Marble Foxes are among some of the species of animals that are not very recognised, and i want to tell all the people in the Mcauliffe community about these rarely known animals. If you know any rarely known species, let me know and I will write about them!

The Canadian Marble Fox, also known as Arctic Marble Fox, are named after their fur looking like an assortment of marble. They are “a unique and beautiful subspecies of the red fox that is found only in a small area of Canada.” (sourced from https://danspetcare.com/pets/canadian-marble-fox) Even if they are barely known, they deserve more love than they get. So, how do you like this rare species? What other findings do you have about them? Let me know, I would love to hear. Tell me some of your beloved rare species and I may write about them!
