Tea is better than coffee because of the major health benefits you can get from it, for example, tea can boost your immune system and even help prevent cancer which is one of the reasons I think tea can be better than coffee.

Tea also has a lot less caffeine than coffee, this is good because coffee can be bad because of the bad effects of it if you drink too much. When you have caffeine your heart rate can increase along with your blood pressure. This may not seem bad in the short term but in the long term, you may get heart palpitations or other heart problems.

While there are some bad things about tea it can still be considered better than coffee because even after having 3-4 cups a day you won’t have any major bad effects unlike coffee where if you were to have 3 to 4 cups a day there’s a chance you will get Cardiovascular disease, this is also known as the heart and blood vessel disease.

I do know that coffee isn’t that bad at the end of the day and can be a good drink but I do think it’s also important to think about the health risks if you drink too much. That is why Tea can be slightly better than Coffee.
