2020 NBA Mock Draft: Obi Toppin goes to the Timber Wolves at No. 2 ahead of LaMelo Ball to the Warriors

The longest pre-draft process in NBA history is about to get even longer.

Multiple reports surfaced this week that the NBA would be pushed back even longer. Its draft back yet again which is disappointing for NBA fans, now with a wait from the original rescheduled date of Oct. 16 2020 back to November 18, 2020. If the draft ends up happening that night, 251 days will have passed between the final day of the college basketball season and draft night.

And to think all of these prospects haven’t been able to meet any of these teams in person or conduct workouts, do anything. It makes the propensity for trades all the more likely, I think. With that in mind, and with still more than two to three months to go until we know the destinations for the best prospects in 2020.

Mello Ball may not be the best pick, He has a great build and amazing skills in the paint but he’s a ball hog. Mello Ball is a great player but at the point, I don’t think so. He has the height to be a center or a power forward but he doesn’t use it. He’s a prospect who got drafted to the warriors but did they make a mistake we will see later in the season.
